Congress flags at Raj Bhavans evoke Opposition protest

The city is all geared to host the top Congress leadership of the country. Most VIPs on the “visitors’ list”, including several union ministers, chief ministers, party general secretaries and some top bureaucrats accompanying their political masters, have arrived here till late evening.
