2nd edition of India-Pak Punjab Games has been postponed

The second edition of India-Pakistan Punjab Games has been postponed due to the widespread devastation caused by the Oct 8 quake in northern Pakistan. Now, they will held in Febuary-2006 instead of December-2005.

These games were earlier scheduled to be held in Pakistan's Punjab for the first time. But due to earthquake tragedy, Pakistan's provisional government has postponed these games.

Indian Punjab is likely to send nearly 450 sports persons for the games. They will participate in 18 disciplines.
