Khadur Sahib

Khadur Sahib is situated close to Goindwal. It is the sacred village where the second Guru Angad propagated the message of God, for many years.

Thara Sahib and Killa Sahib are the two other Gurdwaras which are located at Khadur Sahib. These gurudwaras are associated with Guru Amar Dasji.

Gurudwara Thara Sahib, stands on the spot where Guru Amar Das received tilak as Guru from the Baba Budhaji who performed Tilak ceremonies of five Sikh Gurus.

Gurudwara Killa Sahib, stands where Guru Amar Das used to place his pitcher full of water for a moment's respite, from fatigue of the long tiring walk.
