The horn blow singer ‘Hardy Sandhu’ who has made a mark for himself in the music industry with his unique singing style and off course his concept based videos is all set to rock the big screen after a gap of nearly 2 years with Mera Mahi NRI!This film supposedly has a £1m budget and was shot for 22 days in Birmingham and 10 days in India. A lot of local talent from UK has been used in it. Directed by the Birmingham based Mumbaikar, Gaurav Bavdankar, Mera Mahi NRI is the story of a young man nicknamed Sherry (Hardy Sandhu), who lives in a small town and wants to get married to his sweetheart. But the girl’s mother wants her to marry a Non Resident Indian, so Sherry decides to move to England to study at Birmingham Royal College. There he meets Mandy (Rameet Sandhu)and whether this duo gets hitched or not is for us to find out when the movie releases.
