Bus permits: Plea seeks transparency

The Orbit case has taken another turn. An application has been moved in the case by the amicus curiae or the friend of the court for issuance of appropriate direction on framing transparent timetable for buses. Directions have also been sought for displaying bus fares and taking cognisance of decisions taken by the Punjab Government which were against the public interest. The petition is expected to come up for hearing on Monday.
