Undertrial commits suicide in Kapurthala jail

In less than ten days, another undertrial on Wednesday allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself in the modern jail here this afternoon.The undertrial identified as Naffast Hssain alias monu (19), resident of village Budho pinder here, committed suicide with his headgear ‘parna’, Jail Superintendent Paramjit Singh Sandhu said.This is the third suicide case within ten days in the Modern jail.
