Renowned artist and sculptor Shiv Singh, who had been ailing for the past few days, died at a Panchkula hospital this morning. He was 77. Singh, who suffered a heart failure, was battling cancer. A painter and designer, Shiv Singh was born in 1938 at Hoshiarpur and studied at the Punjab College of Arts, first in Shimla and then in Chandigarh.
