Couple commits suicide in Ludhiana

A couple committed suicide by hanging themselves at their residence in New Ashok Nagar locality, falling under Salim Tabri police station in the city this afternoon. The deceased were identified as Tarsem Singh and his wife Baljinder Kaur. Mandeep Singh (20), son of the couple, informed the police about incident. Police recovered a suicide note from the spot and registered a case under Section 306 against one Jeetu, who allegedly had illicit relations with Baljinderr.
