Punjab BJP in-charge and MP Prabhat Jha, who visited the site for the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rally in Chandigarh on September 11, claimed that the rally will give a new dimensions to the development of northern states. Jha, along with Punjab BJP chief Kamal Sharma, Chandigarh BJP president Sanjay Tandon, former Minister Tiksha Sud, and other senior leaders, inspected the arrangements for the rally personally. He said that the Chandigarh International Airport, to be inaugurated by the Prime Minister on Friday, will open new ways of development for the people living in northern states. Jha, who was on his first visit to Chandigarh after taking charge of Chandigarh and Punjab, instructed the leaders and all the workers to work hard to make the event successful. Senior BJP leader Jha will meet all the BJP Chandigarh governing council members, workers and BJP Municipal councilors at city’s party headquarters, Kamlam, on Thursday to discuss all subjects related to exclusive forthcoming event.
