Smart card proprietor to get fully free treatment up to Rs 30k

LUDHIANA: In a recommend to give world-class healthcare services to residents, the Punjab government would rapidly start a new system in which each smart card proprietor would get fully free treatment up to Rs 30,000 once a year, said chief minister’s counselor Maheshinder Singh Grewal at a free medical health check camp here on Sunday. Grewal assumed that the Punjab government had determined that each individual would be issued healthcare smart cards. The base camp was planned at Guru Harkrishan Sahib hospital in Pakhowal road on Sunday.
