Local police claimed to have solved a blind murder case of Nayagaon resident Lam Lakhan with the arrest of a 48-year-old acquaintance of the victim on Saturday.Lam Lakhan alias Pujari’s body bearing cuts and stab wounds was found in Mullanpur on July 13. Police, after registering the case had handed over the investigation to the Central Investigating Agency (CIA) who arrested Raj Singh for allegedly murdering Pujari.
