Former Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh will address seven public meetings and rallies in the second phase of mass contact programme, which will start from August 4. The first public meeting in the second phase will be organised by senior party leader and PCC Vice President Gurpreet Singh Kangar at Rampura Phul on August 4 and it will be followed by a public meeting at Barnala on August 8, to be organised by PCC vice president and MLA Kewal Dhillon, a release said here today. Another public meeting will be held at Issru in Khanna to be organised by MLA Gurkirat Singh Kotli on August 15, and the fourth will be organised at Hoshiarpur on August 22 by MLA Sham Sunder Arora. The fifth public meeting will be organised at Jaito jointly by Joginder Singh Panjgraian and Kikki Dhillon on August 30, and it will be followed by a public meeting at Dirba on September 4 to be organised by Ajaib Singh Rataul and Surjit Dhiman. Another rally will be organised at Khemkaran on September 9 by Sukhbpal Singh Bhullar.
