Doctors at PGIMS Rohtak, who were on a strike for the past four days following registration of cases against the hospital staff for allegedly assaulting a woman in labour pain, called off the protest and joined duties on Tuesday.Causing inconvenience to patients, doctors had gone on a strike seeking cancellation of case against the staff after the death of Jind resident Neelam Rani and her newborn baby.Sources said after a meeting with director general of medical education Pardeep Kasni, the doctors called an emergency meeting and withdrew their strike.
