Kulwinder Kaur, daughter-in-law of Pearl Group owner Nirmal Singh Bhangoo, has dragged Bhangoo and five other members of the family to Punjab and Haryana high court over a property dispute.Kaur, wife of late Harvinder Singh, Bhangoo’s son, has alleged that she had been deprived of all economic, financial resources and properties to which she was entitled under the law and customs, as the widow of Harvinder who died in 2011.Her petition adds that at the time of Harvinder’s death, he was looking after and handling the directorship/work as owner of number of companies including Gyan Sagar Education Private Limited, PACL Limited, Gyan Hospitality Services Pvt Ltd, Gyan Sagar Software Technologies Pvt Ltd, Gyan Sagar Real Estate Pvt Ltd, and some real estate firms.
