Gun shots fired by some youths outside the district and session courts complex this afternoon scared the people. The people present in the complex first thought the gun fires an act of gangsters but later it came out as a result of a dispute over the eviction of a house between the land lord and the tenet.
Both the sides clashed in the courts complex earlier today and again engaged in brawl after they came out of the complex. One of the youths fired shots in the air to scare the members of the other side.
ACP Central Dev Dutt Sharma said that four persons had been rounded up in this case. The police of Navi Baradari had started investigations in to the case. The police recovered two dead cartridges also from the site of incident. Navi Baradari SHO Bhushan Sekhri said that the incident took place outside the courts complex near New Courts President Hotel. He said no one is injured in the firing. The disputed house is said to be situated in Aman Nagar. It is said that the tenet had been continuously depositing the rent in the court to avoid eviction.
