The Moga police are yet to submit a ‘challan’ in the district and sessions court here with regard to the Moga bus molestation case in which a 13-year-old Dalit girl was molested and then thrown off a moving bus of Orbit Aviations Private Limited, a company owned by Deputy CM Sukhbir Singh Badal and his family members.The incident took place on April 29. Since then, investigation is in progress.
