PSPCL promises not to impose any power cuts this summer

Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) on Monday assured its consumers that Punjab is power surplus and there would be no power cuts in the state this summer.Addressing a press conference here, PSPCL chairman cum managing director KD Chaudhri expressed happiness over the power corporation having supplied over 10,500 MW power on June 20. He said the corporation had been successful in meeting the paddy season demand without imposing cuts on any category of consumers.
