The Punjab government has directed all the departments to furnish the details of all the court cases pending in different courts. Announcing this here, an official spokesperson for the Personnel Department said these fresh instructions have been issued on the directions of Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal.
He said the departments have been told to furnish the information of court case related to ?Service Matter only?. All the department heads have been asked to ensure the compliance and furnish the requisite information on a prescribed Performa at the earliest.
