The Punjab government today issued transfer/posting orders of seven IPS officers on administrative grounds at Punjab Chandigarh with immediate effect. According to an official spokesman, Mr. Parmod Ban IPS has been posted as IGP/ Counter Intellegenc, Mr. A.K. Pandey, IPS promoted as IGP/Special Protection Unit, Sh. Ananya Gautam IPS promoted as IGP/Financial Intelligence Units, Sh. B.K. Garg as IGP/ Law and Order-2, Sh. Kuldeep Singh as IGP/ Training and additional charge of IGP/ law and order-1, sh. Gautam Cheema as IGP/ Operation and Ishwar singh as Additional Charge of IGP/ Community Policing.
