Balkar Sidhu who was earlier in Aam Admi Party now join Congress today.The members of Congress party said yesterday that a special person will join the party. Balkar Sidhu said that he was really impressed with plans proposed to rebuild Punjab by Capt. Amrinder Singh and save Punajb from financial crisis.
