Punjab has started at another crisis. On Friday, the beloved Panj Pyaras suspended by the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhark Committee has now hit back and followed the SGPC to terminate all kinds of services of five Sikh high Priests for ignoring the summons on the pardon of Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Raheem Singh. The Panj Pyaras has now passed a resolution at Akal Takht for not showing the summons to high Priests to explain the decision of forgiving the Dera Sacha Sauda for his act of imitating Guru Gobind Singh in 2007. Now, the resolution has been stated to terminate all the five Takhts of the Sikhs from all kinds of services for humiliating the Sikh Community.
After the high priests were summoned, the SGPC said the decision of the Panj Pyaras was “against traditions of the Akal Takht and service rules” and “aimed at causing conflict and division” in the community.
