The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) today organised a rally here that witnessed a good response. Top party leaders appealed to the locals to dethrone the “corrupt” Badals. The party managed to put up an impressive show despite being dogged by factionalism. The development came as a setback for Dr Gandhi who recently claimed that he had won the parliamentary seat due to his personal reputation among voters. Sangrur MP Bhagwant Mann and Sanjay Singh, party spokesperson, defended the party’s decision of suspending the two MPs.
