World Bank conducted a survey, in which Punjab has acquired 16th rank for the execution of productive business reforms. Its main high point is ease of establishing business. Though, the state yet requires emphasizing on improvements related to tax, property registration etc.
As per the report of survey, Gujarat stands at the top with 71.14 percent scoring and Haryana stays at 14th rank with 40.66 percent scoring.
The bureau is regulated by officers who are empowered by regulatory departments. The bureau further, elaborated that being an essential segment of single window system serves as a single point for all regulatory approvals.
For the improvement of infrastructure, the system has automated the electricity department’s electrical layouts. Various mechanisms are being used for handling of all transactions and payments.
World Bank says,” Prime Minister Narendra Modi appealed World Bank to assist India to increase manufacturing and exports. It added that India needs more improvement on each front as India still at an inappropriate place for doing trading.
