In Punjabi University two BJP’s And ABVP’s activists of student wing pulled into pieces some posters that reportedly supporting referendum on Kashmir which is putted by a student union.
So they demanded that appropriate actions should be taken against the student union (Lalkaar) and (DSO). In these posters Union government was criticized because they used force on residents of Kashmir because of which many people lost their lives and property of the state.
Gurpreet Singh in charge of PSU of Patiala unit told that it would not be treated as anti-national because it was just a demand. And also said that they only demands from government that they should stop all this atrocities . And give Kashmiri people freedom. Its not something new that they are demanding referendum .
When this incident was highlighted then Puneet Chahal SHO told that they have not find anything wrong or objectionable in posters. These students told that they don’t want the Kashmir to be separated from the India, they only wants peace for its people who were suffering a lot from last two months.
