Price of Kinnow is falling in market due to this kinnow growers are facing problem. So the State government are planning something to stabilize the prices.
Sushil Kumar Periwal leading grower of Kinnow in Fazilka area said that after many years Kinnow is facing problem as compare to orange. As the Orange arrived in market early so it falls Kinnow prices.
KS Pannu who is Managing Director of Punjab Agro said that they will purchase Kinnow from direct farmers. He also said that they will acquire tonnes of the fruit that will help in balancing market and stabilize prices.
