Shingara Ram Sahungra BSP MLA from Garhshankar was today ejected from the Irrigation Department building that had been supposedly occupying illegally. He was booked by the Garhshankar police last month for crime and illegal occupation of the building by breaking its unlocked.The building was provided to him 24 years ago by the state government as official work. He was ejected from June 19 By Irrigation Department with the heip of police and court order.Sahungra was locked on the complaint of SDO of SNE Mach the 1 crime for electricity theft and forcibly breaking the lock of the house that was ejected from June 19.
Irrigation Department officers with heavy police force and the presence of the SDM reached the house this morning removed all household items and sealed it.
Sahungra wsa not present at home and his wife opened the door. She moved and asked they had a stay order but could not prove it. she asked the police misbehaved with and man handled the family members.
Executive engineer Vijay Gill told that Sahungra was ejected on June 19 but he again breaking the lock and FIR registered against him. So action was taken today.
DSP Ranjit Singh Bandesha asked the Irrigation Department had sought police help for the ejection. So action was taken as per law.
