Chandigarh, Mar 26 (PTI) One parcel of booty, suspected to be heroin, and two Pakistani SIM cards were today seized by Border Security Force faculty in Ferozepur area in Punjab.
“In light of particular data, extraordinary hunt operation was completed by BSF troops in Border Out Post Ulloke region in the middle of Border Security Fence and International Border.
Amid pursuit, one bundle of stash suspected to be heroin (weighing around 1 kg) and 2 Pak SIM Cards were seized which were covered underneath soil in sarkanda development (wild plant) in front of fringe security fence,” the BSF official said.
With this seizure, BSF troops have grabbed a sum of 38.114 kg of heroin, other than nine SIM cards, so far in 2017.
