A new feature is launched in Online Grievance Management System, a WhatsApp helpline number is now available in it.
The B Purushartha who is the MC Commissioner explained that this feature has added recently the testing procedure has been done.
This feature will recently launched by the MC so through this the residents can send the photos that are related to their problems. This facility is available online in which you upload your documents and photos.
The people also give their comments and detailed description of the problem. After that we take some strict actions against it.
The centre that collect the complaints and suggestions would handled by the MC admin. Virender Choudhary was the nodal officer. The department also submitted the replies to the complaints.
